THIS IS AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING YOUR HOSTING SERVICES – PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY
This notice is applicable to current customers of Redkinetics.com Ltd (which trades as IBG Hosting).
The directors of Redkinetics.com Ltd have recently made a decision to enter the company into a voluntary liquidation, and as such the company will cease trading during April 2009. You will be required to migrate your domain names, email and any web site hosting services away from Redkinetics.com Ltd with immediate effect.
If you wish your services to continue without interruption, you will need to transfer your services to a new provider without delay. Your new provider will supply the information required to complete this transfer. We will provide you with the necessary ‘IPS Tag Changes’ and ‘Registrar Authorisation Codes’ as required. Please send all requests for these to support@ibghosting.co.uk and we will respond by return. In most cases, your service can be transferred in a matter of days, however if you believe that you require more time, please email us on support@ibghosting.co.uk without delay and we will provide whatever assistance we can.
If you are unsure what to do next, or require any advice and assistance with regards to transferring your services to a new provider, we have appointed an authorized representative, Daniel Chick (dan@fatray.co.uk), who previously worked for Redkinetics.com Ltd, working as an independent consultant assisting with the operational closure of the business. He will be able to provide you with guidance and advice on what to do next.
If you have a physical server co-located with Redkinetics.com Ltd, please email our authorized representative, Daniel Chick - dan@fatray.co.uk, who will arrange for access to your equipment and assist with its migration to your chosen new provider. We are waiving the usual notice period in this case, and you will be able to terminate your service with immediate effect once you have made the necessary arrangements to move your server from Redkinetics.com Ltd.
If you have an outstanding balance, you will be contacted by our accounts team over the coming weeks. If you have any accounts related queries please email the Finance Dept (finance@tmnplc.com) who will be able to deal with your enquiry.
